(This is your pathway to aesthetics)Anatomy & Physiology Level 3Managing Complications, Hyaluronidase Dissolving, Anaphylaxis and Emergency KitConsultation Forms, Licensing, Insurance and Hazardous Waste DisposalFoundation Dermal Fillers (Lips & Nasiolabial Folds)Foundation Botulinum Toxin (Forehead, Glabellar & Crows Feet)
 
On the day of your course we will complete all theory for the above subjects, mannequin doll practice and live models for each treatment listed above. All models will be provided for you.
 
We will also recommend an insurance provider, prescriber and where to buy all the stock required to carry out the above procedures. Business and marketing advice such as brading and social media posts will also be covered to help you gain a clientele.
 
Insurance & regulations 
* whilst studying at our training academy you will be covered by our insurance policy. 
* When you dive out into the industry you will required to undertake your own policy to ensure the correct regulations are being met. 
* Miss karter is responsible to make sure you meet the regulations and practice of a qualified aesthetics practitioner before you are suitable to take the lead. But not appointed by HIS HQC HIW
 
Cancelling Your Training Course Booking
•Cancelling your training course may result in loosing your deposit amount in given less than 48 hours notice. 
* At miss karter aesthetics we understand that emergency’s arise and life can get in the way although we aren’t able to let our clients down last minute. So please if it’s not unforeseen circumstances give us as much notice as possible. 
* At our training academy we do not offer refunds although we might be able to work around emergency situations. 
Paying for Your Training Course
•You are required to pay a deposit for your course in order to book your place on the course date.
 
Amending Your Training Course Booking
•At miss karter aesthetics we require 2 weeks notice to amend your booking to amend bookings contact misskarteraesthetics@gmail.com and your payment can be transferred over to a new date without 2 weeks notice we won’t be able to accommodate amendment.
 
•Your course balance must be paid in full no later than 24 hours prior to the course start date. It is then your responsibility to ensure that the balance is paid in full at least 24 hours before the course date. Failure to do so may result in your course place being cancelled, re-listed for sale and any payment already made may be forfeited in line with our cancellation procedure.
•The deposit paid is a non-refundable booking fee that is deducted from the total price of the course.
 
Data Protection
 
* In booking a training course with miss karter aesthetics you agree to us using any data you submit in order to process your order and for future marketing purposes by miss karter
* Your details will not be transferred to any other third party without your written consent.
 
No shows / reschedules 
•Cancellation requests necessitate a minimum 48-hour notice. Failing to comply results in a 50% cancellation fee. 
•Full payment is mandatory for no-show instances. Rebooking an appointment post non-payment of the cancellation fee is not possible. Appointment time 
•Punctuality is of utmost importance. A time period of 15 minutes from the scheduled time is allowed. Beyond this, the appointment stands subject to automatic cancellation, with no refunds granted.
Deposits 
•miss karter aesthetics enforces a non-refundable booking deposit requirement for all training & appointments. 
•This deposit holds its exclusive purpose for the reserved slot and cannot be used for alternative treatments or dates. Irrespective of circumstances, refunds for deposits are not entertained. The deposited amount will be deducted from your final payment.
 
Complaints 
•Discuss your concern at once with the other party to prevent the situation from getting worse. If you are unable to do so or are unhappy with the outcome, express your concern in writing via letter or email the best way of contacting us is to email for a fast response at misskarteraesthetics@gmail.com
 
•Throughout the complaints process, every effort will be made to acknowledge a formal complaint within five working days. You should then receive a written response within ten working days; unless there are exceptional circumstances, whereby you will be informed that more time is required to investigate the complaint thoroughly.
 
Paying for your course 
• deposit must be paid to secure your booking 
• ⁠full payment is required 72 hours before your course starts 
• ⁠failure to pay your course can lead to cancellation 
• ⁠no changes to your course will be amended if under 72 hours notice 
• ⁠no refunds will be given due to unforeseen circumstances
